Our Commitment to Country

The tension we sit within

We are an interiors product company. We manufacture. We source materials. We move goods through supply chains. We sell things. Every product we bring into the world carries an environmental cost.

Sitting inside that tension, rather than talking around it, is where our commitment to Country begins.

What caring for Country means for us

We invest in understanding where our materials come from, how they are made, and what they leave behind. We prioritise low-impact processes, materials that can be recycled, and suppliers who share our values. We are on a journey, not at a destination, and we are transparent about that progress.

We actively work to reduce waste across production, minimise packaging impact, and make sourcing decisions that reflect genuine respect for Country. The majority of our products are printed to order in Australia by Australian-owned businesses, meaning they have a low carbon footprint, produce minimal wastage, and support local manufacturing.

Reduced footprint, increased intent

We print with Oeko-Tex ECO Passport certified water-based inks, and our printing processes involve no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) or PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances). No harmful chemicals are used in the creation of our products.

Our wallpapers are printed with eco-solvent inks and are free of PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals. Our Eco Commercial Wallpaper is made with a minimum of 31% post-consumer recycled content and our High Performance / Outdoor fabric is made with 85% post-consumer recycled polyester.

We ship using a certified carbon neutral courier company and in recycled plastic wrap. We partner with Reground to recycle our soft plastics, and Upparel to recycle fabric offcuts and samples. We continually work to minimise our impact through recycling and elimination of single use materials wherever possible.

We bank with Bank Australia, who are committed to ethical banking and lending practices. Bank Australia actively supports clean energy, projects, sustainable investments and community housing, and will not fund fossil fuel projects, animal export, gambling or the arms industry.

Our ongoing commitment

As a business that creates products, caring for Country is an ongoing practice, sustained over time. We will make mistakes. We will find better ways. We will keep asking harder questions of ourselves, our suppliers, and our industry.

Country is the foundation of everything we make.
