Gather  is from our Ampilatwatja Collection and represents Colleen’s Grandfather's Country. As a child she gathered seasonal bush medicines that grew there. "I would collect the seed from the altywart grass. My grandmothers taught us to hang onto the tree and grind the seeds with our feet. We would carry them in our coolamon back to camp and make damper to eat with our families."
