Gray Puksand's refined office design for McMillan Shakespeare, Sydney embodies a flexible, wellbeing-focused environment. Opting for soft palettes and gentle, undulating patterns, the design selections create warm and serene environments.

Natural tones and textured finishes inspired by the local context were preferred, fostering a connection to nature. Willie Weston upholstery and wallpaper supported the design narrative, embedded in breakout spaces throughout.

Designs from the Top End and Central Australia were selected for the fitout. Jean Ngwarraye Long’s Native Seeds and Colleen Ngwarraye Morton’s Singing Bush Medicine, from hailing from Ampilatwatja (NT) contribute delicate, intricate patterning grounded in cultural knowledge and practices. Osmond Kantilla’s Pandanus design, rooted in the ubiquitous pandanus plant seen across his homeland in the Tiwi Islands, offers a geometric yet organic freshness to booth seating within the space.
